There are ALL kinds of Free webhosting sites out there on the net.
Try a Google Search
HOWEVER, free is just that, free. I am a firm believer in the old saying, "You get what you pay for"
Don't expect too much with a free host, or even any amount of serious stability when trying to run a Nuke site or any other portal for that matter.

I've tried google, and no FREE ones were there, and the ones that actually ere didnt work.

but like mikem says.. you get what you pay for...
