"Page Not Displayed" Help needed please on what ca -

HI All and thanks for looking, we have our site running at
www.nissan4x4ownersclub.co.uk
and sometimes it won't let people on our site and instead reads "Page Not Displayed" as if the whole site is gone?????
now i know the site works as i have been online on the website in our php nuke forum and also chatted via "MSN" to the person who is getting the "Page Not Displayed"
it is begining to do my head in as i keep getting lot's of e-mails telling me the site is down everytime someone can't get in !
my host says all is fine, but how can this happen to all these different members, and everything be fine?????
something is wrong somewhere and i 'm having to sort the problem on my own!!!!!!!!
b.t.w it happens to me now and again, so i have to believe the complaints, the only other thing we have installed is "NUKE"
please please can anyone shed any light on what might be the problem and a poss a cure.
