They used to be able to, but for somereasn they can't now. They enter everything in, and it says the email will be sent. THe admin email used to be like a hotmail one, and it worked but then it stopped working so i changed it to my domain's. Currently no progress with this change. I've searched around and can't really find anything. Thanks!
