I am currently looking for some help with a PHP editor. Our site is running vers. 7.5 (FYI)
I have been told that winsyntax is a good editor, but am having issues finding a link that will actually download it.

It there a more user friendly PHP Editor that you all use? Or does anyone have a link for winsytax?
