Receive this error when user is not logged in and attempts to go to the forums??

I failed to state that I had just upgraded to 6.5 Nuke from 6.0

Any Ideas anyone, This error occurs when a user is not logged in and attempts to go to the forums, once logged in they do not receive this error any ideas ??????
