Did you downlaod the phpib2 Nuke6.5 theme pack? and use the block from it?
The Nuke6.0 theme pack with the block won't work for Nuke6.5

I just uploaded that theme and block for Nuke6.5 to my test site and it works fine.

Go to our Downloads.
Go to Nuke6.5 Theme packs.
Download phpib2 theme pack for Nuke6.5

Extract Contents.
There is a folder in the package called blocks. In there is the Center Posts block for phpib2 theme that you need to use.
