I think (but im a noob too) that its all about tranfering your database.
You cant simply copy the dirs. When you got a big database or/and many users Keith can help you. He does it manualy. I did read a lott about doing it yourself from phpbb to a nuke site, but all failed. So finaly i ask Keith to do it. Its not for free, but he has low prices. And you can even talk about that. He did a good job for me

Are you planning on converting a phpBB2 standalone to a Nuke/Port or Nuke 6.5 setup? I can now do the conversion for you.
