And I havnt modded a forum in like 2 years i lost all of my know how. And I was woundering if anyone out there can help me out with a Forum theme that looks something like this...

LOL NOTE #3: PHP,MySQL, and things can be used on the site... just not CGI i need the bin for email....

forum theme or nuke theme?

A forum theme. I had nuke in mind for the site but Id rather go with something I knwo alot better... HTML and such.
