Hi question is about this in the "idiot" guide,

"If you’re going to be hosting the site yourself, then the following links might become useful. Also, if you're hosting yourself, you will need an SMTP server running on your machine"

What file or download would you recommend. Also, anyone know of a more detailed step by step guide then the "idiots" guide?
