Hi guys. One of the sites I am a part of has an admin that is currently redesigning the site. They aren't exactly using PHP-Nuke (shame shame), but I figure that since there are some people in here that know what they are taling about, that maybe you can help me.

Basically the other PHP site (e107) allows visitors to upload files for review, along with a screenshot. When reviewing the mod, the admin can activate the file to the download section, and/or post a news item about it.

What kind of PHP code would be used to create a thumbnail image of the screenshot? Would it be something similar to the Random Theme block as used on NM for the gallery? Any help would be appreciated.
