If you are eastern time, I think you need to have it set to -5hrs. Go into your profile you should be able to adjust it from there

I am pretty sure (could be wrong) that you can set the whole board time, from the board config in your forum admin cp

How do you set the whole site not just the forum to a certain time zone, because right now my site is all in GMT and I would like it to be MST, what exactly do I have to do?

Dependent on where you server is, you will have to change some hardcoding within the files themselves. The forum you should be able to change within the forum admin cp.

I can't remember which files you have to modify to change time and date in all places, maybe someone else remembers. There are a few of them, news, downloads, stats etc

Read this, it explains "setlocale" for time function http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php

good luck, hope this helps
