User avatar upload for admin?

Is there a hack that will show the avatar upload portion of a users profile in the phpbb admin section? Currently all that is shown is the offsite URL when an admin views a users profile. I'd like to be able to upload avatars to my users profiles when necessary without having to login to their account to do so. I'm on phpnuke 7.5.

Iam not 100% sure about your question, is this what your looking for

Your Main "Administration Menu" Click "Forums"

Lefthand side "General Admin" & "Avator Management" List all users and shows Avators Used, from which you can edit.

Thanks for the reply Marty.....that's the page I'm referring to....there is no option to upload an avatar for the member. You can only link to one. It would be nice to have an upload function to use when the member can't figure out the upload functionality and emails the avatar to you.
