Hi. Every website I go to theres a white border appears when i run my mouse over a block. like the shout box, this is all websites including our own. but no-one else is having this problem. i reinstalled my gfx card drivers thinking that was the prob but still get that border.. its just annoying. does anyone know how i can fix this ?? thx

I must be either completely blind or I'm using the wrong browser or something because it all loox fine to me.
