It has to do with their use of an anti-leech program, I'm gonna test the themepacks that you mentioned.

I do not have a firewall, but it doesn't matter now, I decided to make my own and have nearly finished.

So you can't download ANY of the protected files?
Are you on High Speed internet with a Router?
What OS are you running?
What browser?
