when is the jenova theme available,
i have seen one site that is already using this theme, not sure if you created this theme,
but i really need this theme for our cg graphics site, looks really
cool.

The theme isn't available yet! It will be released soon.
Are you referring to http://arcade.portedmods.com ?? That site is using an independantly ported version of the theme (done by myself )and is not available for download! One remark: the theme mikem is gonna distribute will look slightly different, we had a different idea of how the ported theme should look like
