it takes me to a page where a leech comes up and stuff i understand the problem you guys are having but just leting you know because i want the forums center block for it

Try logging out then back in, browse around the site a little whiel clicking on "stuff" then try the download link again.

I had the same problem when I cleared my cookies then when I browsed the site a little bit, logged in and out and then tried the download, it worked...
It's definately cookie sensitive.

well i wouldnt mind at all being a test for this but the down load for the smart dark theme pack still wont work and i will make a post that shows all teh ones that dont work in a little bit ok thanks

well, I just went to another machine on My network that does not have any cookies from here on it. I can download every protected file.
Check your cookie settings for your browser. Also, if you are running a Firewall, disable it.
