Are the themes in the gallery FREE to be used as long as credit is given? Or, do I need permission to use them. I am confused as the readme.txt mentions this:

HOSTING THIS, OR ANY OTHER NUKEMODS THEME OR FILES IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE NUKEMODS ADMIN.
THE MATERIALS AT nukemods.com ARE COPYRIGHTED and ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THESE MATERIALS MAY VIOLATE COPYRIGHTS and/or TRADEMARKS.

you can freely use the themes on your site, but you need permission to host the package

By hosting Mighty means, providing a downloadable copy of the files for that theme.

Yes you must keep the copyright and credit info in.
