I have never downloaded anything, but when i try to download a theme here it tells me I am downloading to fast and I have to wait 1minute. I wait and the time resets and never lets me download. Any ideas?
I'm unable to reproduce this. Could you tell me what theme you're trying to download, and if you're clicking the "Start Download" button or another link.
