Almost there .... Urgent -Need help with Sunset Theme- - 04-06-2003, 06:22 PM

All.

I am using the Main_Menu block with the Sunset theme. My problem is that I am adding sections to my site, AND want the look of the site to stay the same as in Sunset, or roughly the same. To understand my problem, click on
the URL htpp://www.ouaganet.com/ and when there click on the hyperlink Burkina Stats (under Community). That Burkina_Stats.php (which I created with html) displays well, however the look does not flow with the main site theme. I will be happy if you can provide me some hints on how to insert personal files into my site WITHOUT disturbing the look.

Thanks a bunch,
DCASMR htpp:/www.ouaganet.com/ click on the hyperlink Burkina Stats to see what I am talking about. 8)

Yes use the Content module in Nuke. You can use HTML in it. Just like making HTML pages. And it will retain the "look" of the site.

About using HTML with PHPNUKE 6.5 - 04-06-2003, 11:38 PM

Thank you (all) for suggesting using the content manager. Well, I created the category, added the HTML, however it will not show up. I proceeded to do a little check around and found some posts referring to the fact that PHP-NUKE 6.5 will not show up content with HTML. Curiously, the news module worked fine.

"None of my new PHP-Nuke 6.5 customers can add content
that has html."

Thanks,

It supports HTML...just not Javascript.

You guys are right. Even a single line of Javascript embedded in the HTML will make the content manager of Nuke6.5 not display the entire page. I went back to my HTML and found just two lines of javascript at the very bottom of the page, removed it and now things work as a charm.

As usual thanks.
