Bilingual site setup in PHPNUKE

I have not been lucky trying to find an answer to this one. I want to use two flags (English and French) for my site. By default, I want it to load on the current english version. When the user clicks on the French flag, it should take him to the French section.

I am using nukemods Helium theme and sommaire 2.1.1 menu.
Can anyone suggest to me how to do this?
