I am coding a basic website using nuke modules to assist with some of its features (but it wont end up a member site)..

One thing I need to do for the company is use the contact page to include the email feedback form and also to list thier tel number and real address...

Is there a simple way to edit the feedback module \feedback\index.php file to include some centered text above and or below the input boxes..

I am not skilled at coding sites manually via HTML or PHP.. done a couple of Dreamweaver sites and a couple of nuke installs..

Any hints one where to start with this task would be really appreciated.
