Im currently setting up a new website and i was just wondering if this is possible

1. is how the news is set out now and 2. is how i want it too look.



could this be done and if so please could you tell me which php files i will need to edit.

im new to php coding but im a quick learner just need to know if tryin to change this is worth my time ?
