Ok, yea im a newbie BUT i have been smart and read tutorials before asking this question. I have went to my internet provider/ hosting for my site and they dont know how to help. I bought a domain... Patrickbest.com

I copied the HTML and SQL folder via FTP to my site. i dont know how to set up my config.php because i do not know the admin's pw and username. Is it the same as my FTP login? and its troubling me because my internet provider one of the owners is my dad, but he cant help because hes on in sales, and other guy wants me to just get linux and set it up that way. Anyone here have msn or a messenger and can help walk me through this all ? Im also having troubles with PHPBB but i dont really care about it... or should i? lol Also, my hosting provider says that PHPAdmin and SQL is already provided on the site or sumthing. Not quite sure.. its hard to explain when your really confused about everything lol. If you need more info. id be happy to provide the info.
