Hello l have a simple question l hope l have recently downloaded the fisubsilver theme pack and its great but l would like to change the top apperance a bit to fit my needs .

When looking at the top of the page where your logo would be it seems to be 2 cells devided so you have your logo then your cell background to match the other side my question is this l would like it to be on single cell so l may design a bit larger logo the problem l have is that when l upload my logo it squishes it in this causing it to distort a little .

Is there a way to simply make it on cell so that l may use a one style banner logo to go accross the hole top of the page this not restricting the size and if so where do l do this is it in theme.php and what would l be looking for any help would be appreciated for l have looked at both header.html and theme.php and not to sure one where to make this edit .

That should only be one table up there now.

Look in your header.html file

remove the size specifications for the logo

Code:

width="350" height="110"

The size is being specified in that file so if you upload your own logo and it is smaller or bigger, it will distort.
Just remove that bit of code form that file.

Not sure what you mean.

The header.html file is where you need to be.

It is BASIC html.

Let's say your logo is 800pixels wide and you want it in your header.

With a logo that large, you are better off setting that top tables BACKGROUND as your logo.
Then the entire background of the top table, will be your logo.

Not knowing ANY basic HTML does not help...

but it also depends on the type of logo. if i remember correctly, a person with higher resolution will see a stretched version of the logo, unless you have specified a certain length for your table.
