I have a question about something. in what file in a theme would I be able to change the alignment from left to center for the whole layout? and also which file in a theme would I edit to change the background color of the actual page? (not the tables, but the whole page). Thanks allot!

hmm depends what theme u use try to edit style.css or header.html in ur theme folder
to align them in center try index.php
and change all align="right/left">

to align="center">
