I guess you want to edit a specific theme from here?
Just open the part you want to edit, like header.html for the header or footer.html for the footer and change it as you like.

I need to know how I get the theme in, I've downloaded Pack-subBlack3dblue and I just can't get it. Sorry, but the guide isn't really helping. I'm in fourth grade so... You can imagine.

Unzip the pack you have got from here, open the part you want to edit. For example header.html and start editing it.
