How to create module like this or atleast this?

Have you anyone done this before or is it download avalible somewere?

I'm using phpnuke7.0

the second one is simple, it is created in the Content module => this module is delivered with nuke. If you want the first one I suggest to find a coder to create it

I would recommend using the content module as well. It's really flexible, you can do allot with it.
