How do I change the time on my site. When I change it the time does not change. What am I doing wrong?

You must remember that you have two accounts on your site ie: admin & User, when you change the Theme in admin you also need to change the Theme in Your Account on the board as a regular user would. When your happy with everything working under the new theme, you can delete the old theme (or Leave it) from your directory, best to back that up somewhere first, just in case LOL
