Hi m8 can u be more spesific what u mean u mean picture as in anypicture u want in the news it self or u talking about phpnuke logo pic changin that if u mean the first one all u need is the image host I personaly use
http://www.imageshack.us/ that will generate all the codes for the pic u upload if u talking about the second one u gona need ftp acsess to your website and u have to go in the thims u usin and change it in there Houpe that helps good luck Boris
