How do you edit the link menu and border colors?
Hey all...I am quite the novice when it comes to PHPNuke, but I have tried monkeying around with it as much as I could and still can't get it to do what I am wanting. It seems that there is a wealth of information regarding PHPNuke, but it is quite overwhelming to find answers to these issues I have currently. With that being the case, I was hoping that I might be able to get some help from those who might know better than myself. I have a total of three questions that I would like to ask...so any input would be greatly appreciated.

1) How do you edit Links Menu? - It seems that each PHPNuke theme has a standard fare links menu that is located on the upper left hand side of the page (under the banner location). If I wanted to change or delete some of those links, how or where would be the fastest and easiest place to do it?

2) Block border colors - Hopefully, my terminology in using blocks is right here. Each of the segmented areas (such as the links menu I mentioned above) in the PHPNuke theme has a border around it. In the case of the "smartDark" theme, it is a thin light grey border that surrounds each of the blocks. Where would be the appropriate spot to edit that border color? I have looked all through "style.css" and it doesn't appear that any modification that I make will change the color of those borders. I was, however, successful in changing to the color of the "bodyline" around the outside portion of the page.

3) Editing/creating banners - Is there a tool and/or recommended software for creating banners for a PHPNuke site? I was using Photoshop to generate a banner, but for some reason whenever I create an image...it is dwarved when I load it into the spot for the banner. This seems to be the case no matter how large I make the banner. Obviously, I am butchering something, but I am not sure about what I am doing wrong...or how I should correct the issue. Any suggestions on this would be gladly accepted.

Again, sorry to ask what are probably very basic questions. I have looked through volumes of information and just can't quite seem to find what I am after. Thanks in advance for the help!

1. Go to Administration, then Modules, then under the colum functions you can disable enable them and whether they show in the links block you are talking about.

2. I'm no great wizz at this questions but that is simply the images the block is made out of try going in your smartDark folder then images and looking for the image file which shows the side of the block then using Photoshop you could change the colour of the edge.. pretty simple.

3. You need to look in your smartDark folder again and open up header.html where it shows the logo.gif or logo.jpg change the width and height values to whatever your image size is or put them at 100%.

If you want anymore help don't hesitate to PM me.
