Ok I'm 100% new to designing and building a forum and a website. I can learn if someone is willing to help me out. I do not understand a lot of the terms that are used but I can learn quickly. I'm trying to build a forum page and website from scratch and I need to know how to get start.... For instance how do I get a web address registered, then how do I start building the forums. I'm sorry if this sounds very elementary to some of you but I'm willing to learn if someone is willing to teach me. I would appreciate any and all advise that you guys can give me. I have a teamspeak server set up so if someone is willing to take the time to get on there with me and help me out I would also appreciate that to.
