Im new to PHP but I seem to be picking up the language really quick. I do have quite a few questions though. 1 being how to make a menu (navigation bar) like the one on this site www.obliviondesigns.co.uk , see how he has the menu set up like that? He somehow made blank pages. How do you make custom things like that his download pages also have a copyright at the bottom of the page, howd he accomplish that...also whered the subice theme/phpbb2 plug in go?
