have been looking all over for a multiple choice survey module and block, that will allow be to pick from single answer to a checkbox multiple choice poll. This survey must fit in the same place as the current survey. I have found only one for PHP-Nuke and it a not that good since it uses the article area to view it.

If anyone knows of one please pass me the link or if you have one could I get the code.

You would figure that this option would have already be designed into this.
