How do you get the highlight wwhen you mouse over a topics block when viewing them like in this forum?

It's part of the template. The template author adds that effect.

They have a hack for adding rollover effects to your Cells.

if its on normal text i just use this javascript:

<style>

</style>
<style fprolloverstyle>A:hover {color: FFFFFF; text-decoration: underline}</style>

FFFFFF is the colour, this can be changed to any colour u want.

he's actually trying to get the entire cell color to change on rollover, not jsut the text. Just like in the Forums here when you mouse over the topic cells.
