My webpage is blank what must i do - 06-03-2006, 04:41 PM

I relatively new to this I downloaded nuke platinum and set up my sql database etc. I am in the process of customizing my site but I'm not seeing anything on my site. When the nuke is first downloaded and its uploaded thru ftp to your desired http location. besides the cnfig.php file are there any other files that need to be edited.

I'm sure that your install of Platinum came with a readme file. I'd try looking there first since you haven't been very specific about your installation process to this point.

You shouldn't have to alter anything other than your config.php but I could be wrong. If you config.php points to you database and has the correct username/password, you should be seeing your site.

Try changing your config.php and entering an incorrect password. If you get a mysql error then it likely means everything was fine and you may have a theme related error.
