I know this has been mentioned a MILLION times already probably, but I remember reading about it somewhere, but I can't figure out where it is now... but how do we add a new link or page in the modules section? I actually need to know how to do both...

If there is no module available that does what you want it to do, then you either have to create your own module, upload it to your modules folder and activate it,

or

if it's just something you want to link to, you can do a google search for sommaire and install it in place of your existing modules block.
