does anyone know of a TRUSTWORTHY pay for installation site/person that could do a clean install w/ add ons/themes etc etc.

i have everything downloaded, and could zip it up and ftp it to my host.

it will be quite a job i will admit, as i am wanting a lot of content installed along with the core nuke7.4

this is NOT an e-commerce site, its a local area community, and i dont plan on making any money off of the site, so the cost of installation cant be that high. i wouldnt mind putting their banner or text link on my site as part of the payment

any help finding a installer will be HIGHLY appreaciated

Anor and me used to charge $1 per mod/addon we had to install, untill we stopped this thing because of the lack of time. We never made money out of this (this wasn't the purpose) but you won't find anyone so cheap!
It is up to you what you want to pay for, but you'll probably get more answers when you give up the maximum you want to pay and a short list of things you want to have done!
