phpnuke.gif - 10-04-2004, 06:47 PM

I downloaded a omicron theme and try to replace the phpnuke.gif (the one that appear in articles and general of topics when you use a new them) for another gif file I created, trying to leave every size, pixels resolutions, etc... but I can't see any results(can't see the change on my site)

what am I doing wrong?

I'm using Photo shop 7.0

as you notice I'm a beginer.

thanks.

Did you upload your new phpnuke.gif file to the correct folder on your FTP?
Is it the same filename?

of course, I use Dreamweaver at first for ftp, then manually by drag, when I see no change.

as you know, when you modify a gif in Photoshop and you save the changes, it saves adding a .psd.gif, but I erase the .psd and leave the .gif so my file read phpnuke.gif

Hit CTRL+F5 on a page showing the image and see if it changes...

If the original image is named logo.gif and your new image is named logo.gif. And you upload the new image to the same folder where old image is and it STILL does not work, then I have no idea what the problem is.
