I don't remember where I found it there is no credit on the footer

I don't think so, because I got it from http://phpbbtheme.syckle.com and it is made by Syckle so if you have it without the credit you should add it somehow, you're violating the copyright terms

PS You are using the images MTechnik made for me so I think you should ask him first if you can (if you didn't alreday do) and I think my theme looks better then the one you use, if I can say that
