Hi all you clever coders.

I've been wanting to alter the code which displays "read more" and then "comments" as two seperate links (can anyone tell me why?) anyway, I've had a look at the code that generates this, and have no clue as to how to combine the two into one link.

A second best would be to add #comments to the url of the comments link, which hopefully would class as a seperate link and my site wouldn't be penalised for having duplicate links on the front page. I've modified a side block that lists the comments so that it jumps straight to the comments, but can't for the one in the news story.

Can anyone help with that?

The other request, is to have a random quote selected from a list and inserted into the header of my theme (fisubsilversh) I've a quote already in there, but would like to see a new one with every page load.
