selecting the themes from admin

Hi staff

i have problem like i am able to select the themes from user side but i dont have option from admin side to selece thte themes can you guide me how to select the themes from the admin side

thank mod now i can able to chage the themes well one more thing i dont want to allow user to chage the themes from there user account what should i do i dont want to place the option themes in the user account
