Smilies
I everyone, I did a search on smilies but I couldnt find anything.

Do anyone knows if is possible to use different smiles than the default ones??

I was thinking on adding some bigger smilies..that's why I'm asking...

Well let me tell you my story.. lol

I have a phpnuke site, I just like the phpbb forum so much over any other... but guess what? I love the colors of the invisionboard.
Recently I added the colors to my forums so it would look like and invisionboard.. (thanks to nukemods)

http://www.god180.com/modules.php?name=Forums

But the thing is that I like the smilies that come with the invision board too!

That's why I was wondering if you could add and delete smilies...

Any help is appreciated

Upload the smilies you want, to modules/Forums/images/smilies

Then go into your admin cp/forums in there you you should be able to add/edit/delete smilies

To be honest I don't know. I don't think so. If they are all different sizes it might distort the smilie box a bit, but I'm not sure.
If it does you should be able to modify it through the template that relates to that box.

The sizes aren't a problem because phpBB imports them as an images so it won't check for size. Only like you said it could disorder the box

If they are copyright offer to put a disclaimer in your footer or maybe in the box itself stating that they are invision smilies. Most places are ok with you using their stuff as long as you give them credit for it.
