Does anybody know where I can get a wallpaper block like the one in the ABD theme?

I've never seen this wallpaper block but I'm sure you can create a block in your blocks admin, name it "Wallpaper" and just add image files to it that open full size in a new window.

Ok I see the block whats the problem if you dont want girls Dipending on the block structure ( I dont know I have not downloadit sup use direct links sum allready have imagis allready in it Dipending on how the block is set up )

Ok I have downloadit the block and looking at it it just has simple link in it so all you need2 do is find the stuff you want it to display. like at the moment it has the folowing link

everytime u refresh the page it shows new girl so if you want it to show differentthings you will hav2 find site that has random things on it. but dont take my word for it see if sumone with more experiance can help you bro :-) peace Killerbee.
