Where does %2F Come From in a PHP Script?
Hi, everyone,

I am running a PHP script that works just fine in Mac OS X and Linux, but not in Windows. The problem seems to be that Windows (IE) ADDS a %2F all over the URL.

Here is what I am talking about:

modules.php?op=modload&name=Sermons&file=index&q=m &m=%2F_Pope_Shenouda_III%2FIn+Front+of+God+6-28-00%2Erm
