Leeching files and Stealing Bandwidth -

We have been alerted to quite a few sites leeching our files and stealing our bandwidth. We are currently incorporating an anti-leeching program that will protect all of our hosted files from outside linking.
If you come across any broken downloads over the next few days, please notify us via the Broken Download link associated with the file. Once incorporated, all download links should be working without problems as long as you are attempting to download our files from our site.
For anyone who doesn't know, Bandwidth theft is a crime punishable by prosecution.
We are still testing this program. So if you have any problems with downloads, comment on this topic. First thing to check is if you are running a Firewall. Try disabling it, then try the download link again.
When i try to download anyfile from your site i get the warning message and does not allow the download????????????
Dirt
The ONLY files I have changed so far are the Nuke6.5 theme packs. I have tested the links and they are working.
Can you specify a file you are trying to download?
Hmmmmmmm..... I dont know i got that samething..... Can anyone try this a verify it works also... Thats weird as i have downloaded many things from here with no problems...
is there anything i can change like clearing my cookies or something????
I am running zonealarm as my Firewall on my XP box and once i shut it down then i was able to download it.... Anyways i will go check the settings and see what the problem was with it... Thanks for the help....
Also the program your using to protect your files is it a service or something free... i am going to be hosting a lot of intstructional videos and i would like to protect them from people leeching the links also.....
Even if the person has to Register with PHPnuke the links can still be leeched?????
Sorry for the question but i just started using it 2 weeks ago...
OK this is wierd.
I just logged out. Cleared my cookies and came back to try to downlaod one of our leech protected files and I got the Leech protection screen... 8O
OK so I browsed around the site for a little while and then went to try the download again and it now works. :? Definately a cookie issue.
I have changed the Aeolus to the old link for now.
We'll try and figure out the cookie issue and get it fixed properly. Try browsing the site, logging in and out a couple times then try any downlaod links you find won't work again.
