You have a stock phpbb board, these theme packs are for PHP-Nuke and the phpbb2 Nuke module.

Download charcoal for your board from here: http://www.zarron.com/filedump/charcoal_final_v1a.zip

Make subSilver your default theme, uninstall charcoal, delete the theme dir from your server and upload/install the one above.

all you need to do is upload the Theme pack to your templates directory within nuke. then its availible for use in Your Account.

are you running nuke? because cb is right, the link you gave us is to regular phpBB . if you need nuke installed, ask for support at http://www.nukeforums.com .

Are you running PHP-Nuke? If not, then you need to be running PHP-Nuke in order to use the theme packs hosted here.
IF you are only running the phpBB Forums, then follow coldblooded's link above to download the appropriate template for your Forums.

If you want someone to setup PHP-Nuke for you and then install the phpBB ported Forums and then Import your old Forums for you to the new, then we could possibly help, but there would be a fee involved.

When you intsall PHP-NUke it asks you to create a Super USer, you should have done this. Thsi will be your Admin accoutn for NUKE.
All you need to do to install a theme in Nuke is upload the theme to the themes folder on your FTP nuke site. It will then be available in your Theme preferences under Your Account in Nuke.
