i'm using themes pack fiblack3d
i can;t add moderator on my themes.
and it says :

i don't know what that means.
is this the themes problem or there's something wrong with my SQL ?
but i have no problem to assign site admin on my forum.
just having a problem with adding moderator on the forum.
