I'm a new nuke user, please forgive me if this is one of those dumb newbie questions you've answered 100 times

I just d/l'ed a few themes from here, because I found you all to have some great ones. Of course, I noticed when I implement them at my site that they say 'phpnuke' or 'nukemods.com' at the top. Is it permissible to change this so that it reflects my site name instead? Is there an easy way to do this?

Absolutely, that's just a temp logo.

basically, you go into your Themes>Images file and you edit the logo.gif picture.

If you look in the root of your PHPNuke directory on your webserver you will find a folder called THEMES. Open up the folder and look for the name of the theme you are currently using (it might be something like Anagram or Odyssey for example). Click on that folder to open it up and find a folder called IMAGES and open that up. In there you will find a file called logo.gif and you can replace that with anything you like as long as it is called logo.gif. Try using something like Xara Webstyle 3 to create an animated gif and then upload that.
