I'm sorry if this is old news or you have already fixed it, I just ran across it. It has been awhile since I downloaded and installed it (not my default).

The image has a bad path. Still has the phpbb template path: http://xxxxxxxxxxxx/templates/Coldst...n_minipost.gif.

The image is on the post preview page:

Already been fixed...at least it appears to be so in the most recent Pack.
