column spacing fisubsilver theme and the nsnbanners module - 03-13-2003, 12:54 PM

I broke down and paid for the nsn banners clients module and discovered that even when I change the max size for the banner above (which shows in the center column of the theme) to 40x400, that the spacing for the theme throws the right column off the screen in a 600x800 display.
Since I hate that bottom scroll bar, I would like to modify the theme so that the spacing between the left block and the main column and the right blocks is reduced by about 5 pixels per side. I think that should rectify the problem.
Where and in what files in the themes folder do I have to modify to do that?

Not sure what to do, but you can try this

open
story_home.html and blocks.html

The very top line of each of those files, change the table's cellpadding from 5 to 3
That may reduce your total width by about 4 pixels..not sure though...

For the rest of you nukers, just look at the times of the posts above. Want to know where to come to get support? This is one of the best nuke support sites that I have come across... although they are all pretty darned good. and a hell of a lot better than any commercial software support ANYWHERE!

I haven't tried the fix, but will mess with it today. Thanks guys.
